Today we talk about the full day diet. which is a help to lose weight and not compromise with your quantity of diet. you work only eating all-day. this the best part of my diet plan. I have to make a diet for all you which is only 1200 calories. Which helps to lose your weight and also fat. So let's start....!!!
Full-Day Routine for Low Fat Diet(only 1200 calories)

How to make this meal
- Boil one glass water
- after serving in a glass
- then add one spoon honey
- then add half lemon
- and plz after that not boil again and make always fresh.
