Then this blog is made for you to follow my steps and see the result is very socking. You see the result day by day. And your skin problem is solved. you read so many blogs on that topic like eat healthily and exercise this works but this is internally done but we nothing is done from externally this blog is about that tips and tricks. So let's start...!!!

Facewash

Today, we talk about the How to facewash and which lifestyle for how much time done face wash in a day and also after facewash a special for all of you. which gives you better results and this special tip is followed by the actor and actress. So follow my steps and you glow like an actor and actress.


Selection of Facewash


  1. Take facewash according to your skin (like dry, oily)
  2. Take facewash according to your skin problem. (like Acne. irregular pigmentation, eczema extra).
  3. Change your facewash at a certain period (first of all you use too, and second the facewash formula is the done his job after that the result is zero. So change your facewash regular time of interval)
  4. And also choose that type of face wash which suits your skin.

How Much Time Done Facewash in a Day According to Lifestyle

  • Hard worker(like a traveller and spent lots of time outside):
     This type of people done facewash at 4 times in a day. Because of the present time pollution is a very big problem. that causes so much skin problems to arise. so this type of lifestyle you spent your lots of time outside. So this causes you spent your lots of time in dust, pollution. So this type of people 4 times done his/her facewash. And the maximum time is only 4 time not done more. Because you have done lots of time your facewash then your natural oil in your skin that oil is also removed from skin. and this is bad for your face so maximum time is only 4 times a day.
  •  Routing(like office, collage extra):
    This type of people done facewash at 3 times in a day. this type of people done his some time onside some time outside. And different conditions like (Ac, without Ac). this type of people does his/her facewash 3 times in a day.

  • Spent lots of time inside any roof:
    This type of people done facewash at 2 times in a day because this type of people spent lots of time inside any roof so this type of people is done only 2 times in a day. Because if you don't contact in dust and pollution then you did his/her face only for 2 times. If you have done lots of time in a day then your natural oil in your skin that is removed and this is bad for your face.


After facewash 

  • Massage with an Ice Cube:
After Facewash your face gives massage with an ice cube. Massage with an ice cube reason is when you wash your face with facewash then dust particle removes from your face and dust particles is stuck in the pores when the dust particles are removed then we need to close that pores. So for closing the pores we use the ice massage. With applying an ice cube shrink the pores and the face is smooth and clean and It also helps that people who face pores are so much open without facewash. this is also a face problem which is solved by applying an ice cube. This ice cube remedy apply at 1 time in a day at night when you ready to sleep.

  1. Glowing skin
  2. Improve the result of any product you apply on your face
  3. Remove dark circle
  4. Remove the bags under the eyes
  5. Close the open pores
  6. Your foundation looks flawless
  7. Wrinkles of the face are reduced

Procedure for solidification of ice cube


  1. Clean the ice tray is used for ice cube solidification. Because of this ice cubes are applied on face
  2. Add algebra jell.(option)
  3. Add rose water(option)
  4. Ice cubes are not so much big(like layers type cubes). 

Do it or not

  1. One cube uses only for one time.
  2. Always clean the ice cube tray.
  3. Please use face wash according to your lifestyle 
  4. Use your face wash according to your problem and skin type. which means don't use any face wash is available at the time.
  5. When you wash your face if you use first warm water first for wash. Reason is warm water is open your pores. Use warm water before applying face wash(optional)
  6. And after apply face wash clean your face with cold water. Because cold water shrink your pores.
  7. If you have no time for warm water and cold water . You prefer only cold water

Low Fat Diet

Hello guys, Welcome to our blog, I hope you all are fine. Today I am back with a new topic "Low Fat Diet". Today we talk about the full day diet. which is a help to lose weight and not compromise with your quantity of diet. you work only eating all-day. this the best part of my diet plan. I have to make a diet for all you which is only 1200 calories. Which helps to lose your weight and also fat. So let's start....!!!


Full-Day Routine for Low Fat Diet(only 1200 calories)

  • 6:30 AM
Drink warm water
65 Calories
How to make this meal

  1. Boil one glass water
  2. after serving in a glass 
  3. then add one spoon honey
  4. then add half lemon
  5. and plz after that not boil again and make always fresh.




  • 8:00 AM
  • TEA+2 biskets

    45 calories

    Tips for making tea

    1. Low-fat milk
    2. low sugar

    10:00 am

    Breakfast

    270 calories

    Breakfast is a very important meal for all day. breakfast gives you energy all day to do work. So eat your breakfast daily. 

    Options for a breakfast meal(all of these)
    1. Masala oats
    2. one apple
    3. one cup milk

    How to make masala oats
    1. Sous pan on gas
    2. 1/2 spoon olive oil
    3. 1/2 musted seeds
    4. Small quantity Garlic
    5.  According to you turmeric
    6. One spoon carrot
    7. One spoon capsicum
    8. One cup of water
    9. One spoon peas
    10. One spoon tomato
    11. One spoon onion
    12. One spoon oats
    13. Salt according. you
    14. Cooking for 10 min
    15. Your healthy and tasty meal is ready.

    12:00 am

    Eat seasonal fruits
    100 calories


    fruits have low calories. So eat fruits

    Tips for fruits

    1. Avoid bananas
    2. Eat sessional fruits

    2:00 pm

    lunch
    400 calories
    Options for lunch(all of these)
    1. Lentil(dal)
    2. Vegetables
    3. Salad
    4. Rice and chapati (anyone)
    5. Raita
    Tips for lunch
    1. Raita is very helped for lose your fat. So plz daily add raita in your lunch meal.

    After 30 Min From Lunch

    Green tea
    It helps to digest your food

    5:00 pm
    Tea+snacks
    50 calories
    Option for snacks
    1. Makhane(homemade)



    8:00 pm
    Dinner
    270 calories

    Vegetable soup

    How to make vegetable soup

    1. one bowl water on gas
    2. one spoon carrot
    3. one spoon capsicum
    4. Green beans
    5. one spoon corn seeds
    6. one spoon onion
    7. one spoon ginger
    8. small quantity Garlic
    9. salt according to taste
    10. 5 min wait
    11. one spoon peas
    12. one spoon tomato
    13. after that 2 min wait
    14. small pieces of cheese
    15. wait 2min
    16. and serve this in a bowl and add half lemon
    17. and enjoy your soup
    18. you also make some variation for your taste

    Do it or not


    1. Drink 8-10 glass of water. 
    2. Avoid bananas
    3. workout in a day for 1 hour (like jogging, swimming)
    4. low sugar and prefer honey for sweet.

    How to Gain Weight in a Week

    Hello, guys welcome back our blog. I hope you all fit and fine if you are not fit and fine then you read my blog and become fit and fine. Today my topic"How to Gain weight". People things over a diet are the best way to gaining the weight but over aq diet is causes you body gain weight but unfit and also fatty. and fat causes you also gain lots of diseases around you. So if you want to gain your weight and also fit and fine then you read my blog. I have a list of the diet which helps to gain your weight with you also fit and fine, so let's start...!!!

    Full-Day Routine for Weight Gain

    • Early Morning

    Drink warm water

    Sit at any place and drink warm water

    Benefits of drink warm water
    1. Release toxins
    2. Muscles relax

    • 6:00 AM

    Socked Almonds and Walnut1s

    Eat soaked almonds and walnuts after drinking warm water 

    • 7-8 AM workout

     The workout is so important for weight gaining and also make a fit and fine body. Workout is so important. and make time for workout and in the morning workout is so beneficial. I have a list of some workouts. 

    List of workouts
    1. weight training
    2. Jogging
    3. Yoga
    4. Swimming

    • 8:30 AM

    Post-Workout Meal

    After a workout, you take a nutrition meal to want energy. I have a list of items which helps to make the meal
    1. Fully Creamed Milk
    2. Banana
    3. Other You Want Other Dry Fruits
       
    4. For Sweets Prefer Honey
    If you want some sweet in your meal then you avoid sugar and prefer honey. and the delicious milk is ready

    • 10:00am 

    Breakfast
    Never miss your breakfast if you busy at least eat your breakfast. Breakfast fills energy and you feel active. so plz eat your breakfast daily.

    Breakfast Options(anyone)

    1. 2 stuffed parathas
    2. Poha
    3. 4 idli sambhar
    4. Upma
    5. Cheese sandwich
    6. Chilla
    7. with this your fav tea

    • 12:00PM

    Mid-Morning Meal
    you eat sessional fruits. fruits give you fibre and nutritions

    • 2:00 PM

    Lunch
    Lunch option(all of these)

    1. 2 chapati or 1 bowl rice
    2. 1 bowl daal
    3. 1 bowl vegetable (seasonal vegetables)
    4. curd

    • 5:00 PM
    Evening snack
    You take in evening snacks in tea with healthy snacks. Green tea is the best. But if you like milk tea then you prefer milk tea

    Tea option(anyone)


    1.  Green tea is better
    2.  Milk tea also better


    snacks options(anyone)

    1. Bowl roasted makhana
    2.  Oats/wheat cookies(homemade)
    3. Murmure
    4. Popcorn
    5. Peanut-butter sandwich
    6. Dhokla

    • 8:00 PM

    Dinner
    Dinner always eats light. Because at night our body needs rest and we eat heavy dinner then our body consumes energy in digest food. then our body not grow and always busy indigestion so always eat light dinner.

    Dinner option
    1. salad
    2. 2 chapati
    3. 1 bowl dal or vegetable

    • 10:00 pm

    Post-dinner

    1. warm milk
    if you feel hungry after dinner then you drink warm milk. if you want sweets in your milk then please prefer honey.

    Add other options in your meal

    1.  dark chocolate(if you want something in sweets)
    2. potato and shaker Gandi (but boiled not fried)
    3. cheese

    Do it or not


    1. Don't eat fast food and oily food
    2. Avoid sugar
    3. And not miss your work out
    4. take 7-8 hour sleep
    5. don't take any stress
